  1. Secret of Mana as it was the game that really sparked my interest for both RPGs and co-op games. I spent a lot more time in Chrono Trigger and Final Fantasy VIII but nothing beats that first RPG experience and it was just too much fun inviting friends over after school to team up on a pesky boss. =D
  2. PlayStation 3 whenever I get the luxury of gaming at home, PlayStation Vita and iPhone 5 the rest of the time (aka commute, work and while idling in bed). The Saturn, Dreamcast and PSP still see quite some action but many of their titles get ported to the newer systems so those mostly get brought out to play the more exotic import titles.
  3. Nothing was invested in Steam this year as my computer was mostly out of order (new one is on the way) and I've been getting way too many games for free or cheap on the previously named platforms. =P

Chrono Trigger was probably the game that coined the "New Game+" term which did wonders combined with the game's interesting use of time travel mechanic, vibrant world and quirky cast of characters designed by Akira Toriyama, fully animated battles, combination attacks, and multiples endings.

As for Final Fantasy, being more of a series in the sense that the titles share roughly the same dev teams, composers, gameplay mechanics, references and sometimes game universe, if you like one FF-title there's just a good chance you'll like others. But since the series has gone through so many generations and itterations, it's a bit hard to say just what makes "a" Final Fantasy title good, especially nowadays.

All in all it probably has a lot to do with well-anchored nostalgia, if you grew up gaming in the mid 90's and were into J-RPGs there just wasn't much better out there back then, at least not in english. =P

1. What is your favourite childhood game?
Not just *childhood* game, favourite game full stop: Crash Bandicoot (and series). That fuzzy marsupial has been like a brother to me for the last decade and a half. XD I'll always be a Crash fanboi. <3 Hehe.

2. What are you playing now a days
Uhh.... Crash Bandicoot. XD I still dip into his selection but I also play a lot of football games, such as FIFA, Football Manager and stuff, Formula 1 games and Grand Theft Auto. I have quite a strong dislike to shooting games and such and that seems to be the only type of games furries play! XD My friend is always boring me about Call Of Warfare or Modern Halo or something, I dunno.

3. If you play on steam how much money have you spent on the Christmas sell?
Zero. ^_^ *proud*

Yea, I'm not a huge gamer, but I like to entertain myself mostly with racing games, platformers and football games. I have had my Xbox for a year and a half and I have 12 games. 7 of them are racing/driving games, 3 of them are sports, and the other two are platformers. (Crash and Sonic). I also don't have Xbox Live or anything because I actually more enjoy my games when there isn't some random Latvian or someone shouting things at me. ^^

I'm on 360. Never had the original.

And to be honest, I'd save yourself on the later Crash games. After Twinsanity, the poor guy took a severe nosedive.

Naw, never played Conkers. It was pretty much Crash and racing games on the old PS1/2 as well.

And nosedived as in - went really crap. Mind Over Mutant and Crash Of The Titans were just two very poor games, which didn't inspire, had no replay value and just didn't feel like Crash games at all. I think it's over now, as two sequels have been cancelled - Crash Team Racing 2010 was cancelled during development, and a sequel to Mind Over Mutant didn't even get that far. But, the people at Activision, who now own him, say they'd like to bring him back, possibly in HD. But I doubt it.

And if it is going to be HD it is probably not be the same anyways if they don’t do a remake or something, these happens to many games characters when a new company or an old game is brought up in to the light again

Would love to get my paws on Conker's Bad Fur Day! (The N64 original, as I don't have an XBox. Besides, the XBox version censored the swear words!)

1. What is your favourite childhood game?
Just one? Possibly... Resident Evil, for the PlayStation.

2. What are you playing nowadays?
It varies. I play Team Fortress 2 pretty regularly, recently (more or less) completed Mass Effect 2, started on Anna just yesterday, and I need to get back into and complete Zack & Wiki and Deadly Creatures on the Nintendo Wii. I've got a bit of a backlog to get through.

3. If you play on Steam, how much money did you spend on the Christmas sale?
I think around 20 euros in all.

The NFC gamers! I have you now! Add me on steam/skype so we can play moar, game on!! >:O

1. Ratchet & Clank series, all of them. Why? Explosions! Beautiful world! Fun characters! Great platformer gameplay! Funny cutscenes and dialogs! Wide awesome arsenal of huge guns! Gadgets that would make James Bond want some! Turn people into chickens! Robots! Puzzles! Space battles! Upgrades! Arena combat! Countless planets to explore with various mindblowing artworks of nature! And much much MUCH more! Just look at this!! http://highres.files.wor...8/10/ratchetandclank.jpg http://www.playstationwa...chetandclankfuture-8.jpg http://fc07.deviantart.n..._by_Wrath_of_Jupiter.jpg http://images.contactmus...ld/ratchet2x26x11x02.jpg

Yeah you know you want some of that!! ;D
Those are a brilliant series, but other than that I also adored of Legend of Zelda: Ocarina of Time and Final Fantasy 7, hard to pick a favorite out of those 3.

2. I'm 22 and have atleast 4 or 5 years of total ingame time (yes really), I spent most of it on Sega Genesis, Gameboy Color and Advance, PlayStation 1, 2 and 3, Nintendo 64 and a bit less on some other consoles back in the day, still do but nowdays because of its convenience I mostly play on PC. Because of how much I loved 3rd-person actionplatformers on consoles I still seek such games on PC, but too few are to be found D:
I most oftenly play any good co-op game I can find with my husband who is also a gamer (but a bit more trained on PC 1st-person shooters), currently we're playing Payday, Sanctum, Warframe, Magicka, Terraria, Saints Row, Unepic, Orcs Must Die, Far Cry 3, Dead Island, Battlefield 3, Mass Effect 3, StarForge, Serious Sam, Borderlands and Minecraft, but we oftenly find ourselves go back to other old co-op games and constantly seek thrills in new games :3 when he's not around I usually play anything from a large collection of singleplayer games, though I much prefer to play with him or others else I try to pry myself from the screen for a change x3
To name a few of the singleplayer ones I play lately; Dust: An Elysian Tail, Just Cause 2, Audiosurf, Bastion, Deus Ex, Skyrim, Fallout 3, World of Goo, Dishonored, Oddworld: Stranger's Wrath, The I of the Dragon and Kingdoms of Amalur: Reckoning
Additionally we play a few other MMO games including Chivalry: Medieval Warfare, Mount & Blade, RuneScape 3 and Guild Wars 2 to name a few, we do also play the furry-popular TF2 but not very oftenly
I don't have a list of everything, but here's what I currently have on Steam atleast
Basically platformers, actionadventures, RPGs, shooters, puzzlers and anything funny, not so much RTS or other strategy games, never sports and preferably 3rd-person or 1st-person view games over the overhead-view and 45° kind

3. Since I already had most games I wanted, surprisingly I only spent about $20~30 on the sale xD would've been allot more but didn't find much new stuff that struck my fancy~

4. Yes. Am Potato. Wait, what? You were kidding? No, I'm serious, my clan is called Potato, just check my Steam clantag xD hahahah

1. My very first favorite game was no doubt Chip's Challenge, beating Pipe Dream and Jezzball by a longshot. I was hooked for months, and accidentally resetting the first time one reached level 81 didn't change anything.

Otherwise, the Toy Story 2 videogame, Lego Island 2 and finally Midtown Madness 2 are honorable mentions. Even though Toy-Story 2 isn't technically that great of a game, it was good back then I tell you! It was, in fact, more awesome than anything we'd seen before. (and btw, I don't know how I beat the 4th boss on the first try either.) Otherwise, otherwise, our graphics card at the time didn't like the Flåklypa Grand Prix game, so I never got to try it out anyhow much I wanted ;n;

2. I play... N64, but also various things on PC. I do have a Wii, but that's at my family's home at the moment. I'm not gaming too much right now, simply because I don't have time enough to use all my time at it. When I game I preffer to game for hours without break, and things like university and work really gets in the way.

3. I went crazy at last years Christmas Sale! A certain wolf and a certain dragon certainly didn't have anything to to with this, nope! Not at all...

4. More like P.O.T.E.T.*?
